English is the official language.
The official currency is the Colombian Peso (COP$). Yes, there are currency exchange houses located at the Airport and in the vicinity of the convention venue.
The registration fee includes admission to the opening ceremony, as well as refreshments and lunches during conference days, along with the gala night.
The registration fee does not include the following services: airfare, accommodation, transportation to/from the airport, transfers between the hotel and the convention, and the tourism day (Wednesday 6 November).
